Delivery & Custom Order Policy

1. Design Preview
• Your design preview will typically be sent within 48 hours (and no later than 72 hours) after we receive your order and a clear pet photo.
• Before handcrafting begins, you can share your feedback, and our team will refine the preview for you. Production starts only after your approval.

2. Handcrafting & Delivery
• Each Luminipet piece is 100% handcrafted and carefully packed before shipping.
• Before shipment, we will send final studio photos of your finished piece for your confirmation.
• Delivery time may vary by destination, and tracking will be provided once your order ships.

3. Custom Order Policy
• Because every portrait is custom-made for one specific pet, each order becomes a final custom piece once production begins.
• After production starts, returns are only available if the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or clearly different from the approved preview.
